WillGo Releases New Seller Listing Services

Listing sellers at www.willgo.com can now review, modify and delete their listings on-line!  In order to take full advantage of these new on-line services, sellers must first register with willgo.com. (See “User Admin – Registration”)  (Time Saving Tip -WillGo recommends that registrants select “Automatic Recognition” to automatically fill in all subsequently opened www.willgo.com forms with the registrant’s name and contact information.)

Once a seller is registered with www.willgo.com and begins to list equipment for sale in our National Trailer Inventory database, he/she can review, modify, create or delete their sale listings on-line, 24/7!!  The following are step-by-step descriptions of how to list, review, and modify sale listings:

Create a Sale Listing – To list a trailer or group of trailers for sale, select “Sellers – Inventory Listing Form” at the www.willgo.com home page.  Select Dry Vans, Flat Beds or Reefers as appropriate and fill in the selected form with as much information as you feel adequately describes your trailers.  The price that will appear on-line in the www.willgo.com database and in any subsequent WillGo advertising or promotion will be whatever the seller has submitted for “Retail” pricing, plus WillGo’s listing and brokerage fee (eg, $250 per trailer for groups of 10+).  For example, if you fill in  $10,000 as the “Retail” price for a group of 25 dry vans, they will appear on-line at www.willgo.com for $10,250.  Feel free also to fill in the “Wholesale” field on the listing form if you want to show some discount or pricing differentiation for quantity, sales to dealers, etc. Photos help sell trailers!! Whenever possible, please attach photos of your sale trailers with every new listing.  You can also attach text files with specs or other information that you think helps describe the trailers.  Generally, your listing submission will be posted in WillGo’s on-line database within one business day.

Review Your Current Sale Listings – Once you are registered with www.willgo.com , you can use your “User ID” and “Password” to check your sale listings on-line anytime…24/7.  Simply select “User Admin – Listing Services” at the www.willgo.com home page.  Supply your User ID and Password and select “Log-On” to view a summary of your listings.  If you want to see more detail on any individual listing, highlight the “Select” button for that Item and then click “Modify Listing”.  A complete form showing all the data fields on that record will appear.  (Note:  Please keep in mind that all pricing you see for your listings includes WillGo’s listing and brokerage fees added to your submitted pricing.)

Review Expired Listings – All listings at www.willgo.com are automatically deleted if not updated within 90 days.  Registered sellers can review and restore expired listing on-line…24/7at www.willgo.com , by following the same basic steps as described above.

Renew or Modify Your Current Listings - Sellers are encouraged to review and update their listings frequently.  WillGo updates listings when specific inquiries are received in order to confirm current availability.  Otherwise, listings depend on voluntary updating by the seller, and will be deleted if not updated within 90 days.  Registered sellers can renew and/or modify their listings on-line…24/7 at www.willgo.com using the same basic steps as described above.

Delete a Listing – Registered sellers can delete current listings on-line…24/7 at www.willgo.com , by following the same basic steps as described above.

Create a New Listing - Any seller can submit a listing to WillGo’s National Trailer Inventory database using the link “Sellers – Inventory Listing Form” at the www.willgo.com home page as described above.  In addition, registered sellers will find a “Create New Listing” link when reviewing their current listings as described above.
