About Listing Services

Listing trailers for sale in WillGo’s National Trailer Inventory database is FREE, unless and until WillGo finds you a buyer and a sale results. Only then does WillGo invoice the listing "Seller" the appropriate listing and brokerage fee which is added to the seller’s requested sale price at the time of listing. (For more info on listing fees, see "National Trailer Inventory – Participation Terms & Conditions".)

In order to take full advantage of WillGo’s on-line listing services for sellers, you must first register with willgo.com. (See "User Admin – Registration", also see Why Register With WillGo.) We recommend that you save yourself time by selecting "Automatic Recognition" to automatically fill in all your www.willgo.com forms with your name and contact information.

Once your are registered with www.willgo.com and you begin to list equipment for sale in our National Trailer Inventory database, you can review, modify, create or delete your sale listings on-line, 24/7!!

Create a Sale Listing – To list a trailer or group of trailers for sale, select "Sellers – Sale Trailer Listing Form" at the www.willgo.com home page. Select Dry Vans, Flatbeds or Reefers as appropriate and fill in the selected form with as much information as you feel adequately describes your trailers. (The more, the better.  You never know what a buyer is looking for.)  The price that will appear on-line in the www.willgo.com database and in any subsequent WillGo advertising or promotion will be whatever the seller has submitted for "Retail" pricing, plus WillGo’s listing and brokerage fee (eg, $250 per trailer for groups of 10+). For example, if you fill in $10,000 as the "Retail" price for a group of 25 dry vans, they will appear on-line at www.willgo.com for $10,250. Feel free also to fill in the "Wholesale" field on the listing form if you want to show pricing differentiation for quantity, sales to dealers, etc. Photos help sell trailers!! Whenever possible, please attach photos of your sale trailers with every new listing. You can also attach text files with specs or other information that you think helps describe the trailers.  (For more info, About Attaching Photos and Specs)  WillGo management reviews every listing before positing it to our website database.  Generally, your listing submission will be processed and posted within one business day.

Review Your Current Sale Listings – Once you are registered with www.willgo.com, you can use your "User ID" and "Password" to check your sale listings on-line anytime…24/7. Simply select "User Admin – Update Sale Listings" at the www.willgo.com home page. Supply your User ID and Password and select "Log-On" to view a summary of your listings. Update or Modify Your Current Listings - Sellers are encouraged to review update their listings frequently.
